Hey, I Scooped The Wall Street Journal!
« This Post May Soon Be Illegal | Main | BlogPulse is Broken! »Well, kind of anyway. I started talking about using blog data for market research and potential in lieu of focus groups a week ago in Who are those pesky bloggers anyway?
Today, an article from the WSJ titled Marketers Scan Blogs For Brand Insights , mentioned by Jeff Jarvis in It's not a medium, it's a focus group and Slashdot in Marketers Scan Blogs For Brand Insights, discusses the use of blogs for data mining market research data. Apparently I'm genius. A tragically late genius, but a genius nonetheless.
Also mentioned on these fine blogs: The Business of Blog Watching, AdJab, Marketers Are Blogwatching, and Adverblog: passion for advertising.
